HOUSE OF LUCIE GALLERY

Samui, Thailand

The House of Lucie is a cultural hub located on Koh Samui, Thailand, dedicated to showcasing global photography talent. It features a three-floor space that includes the Koh Samui Art Center, where locals can engage in workshops in photography, painting, sculpting, and more.  The venue hosts diverse exhibitions, lectures, and events, including the unique "One Shot – One Minute" event, where participants share their photographs and discuss their emotional impact. Established by the Lucie Foundation, the House of Lucie aims to inspire creativity and foster artistic dialogue within the local community.

Athens, Greece

The House of Lucie in Athens is a 300-square-meter space featuring a modern exhibition area that presents the Lucie Foundation’s permanent collection alongside works from local and international photographers.  In addition to exhibitions, the House of Lucie Athens hosts the LF Photo Lab and framing services. It serves as a hub for the local photography community, offering workshops, seminars, talks, and events to promote the art of photography to the local population.  This space has become a central gathering point for Athens’ photography enthusiasts, fostering creativity and engagement within the community.

Ostuni, Italy

Situated in Ostuni, Italy, the House of Lucie serves as a community center that showcases talented photographers from Italy and around the world. Its mission is to highlight the work of photography masters, Lucie Awards recipients, and International Photography Awards (IPA) honorees, inspiring visitors through diverse exhibitions, lectures, and events. Nestled in the heart of Ostuni, known as “the White City,” the House of Lucie goes beyond being a gallery, fostering global connections and encouraging people to exchange perspectives on photography as an art form.

Budapest, Hungary

The House of Lucie in Budapest is the gallery and physical home of the Lucie Foundation, featuring a modern exhibition space that showcases the Lucie Awards Honorees’ “Wall of Fame” alongside the work of local and international photographers.  Located on Falk Miksa Street, one of Budapest’s most prestigious streets for art and galleries, it serves as a vibrant venue for contemporary photography.  The gallery hosts rotating exhibitions, lectures, workshops, and various art-related events, aiming to engage the community and foster a deeper a ppreciation of photography, art, and design among both the local population and visiting enthusiasts.

Bas Pont Scorf, France

Located in the scenic town of Bas Pont Scorf, France, this House of Lucie willl serves as a prominent space for showcasing the work of talented photographers from France and around the globe.  The gallery’s mission is to highlight the achievements of photography masters, offering a rich array of exhibitions, lectures, and events to inspire local visitors.    The House of Lucie Bas Pont Scorf provides a welcoming environment for photography enthusiasts to explore the world of imagery and connect with the stories behind each captured moment.

HOUSE OF LUCIE GALLERY

Kashan, Iran

The House of Lucie in Kashan was restored as a blend of a Qajar-era house (over 100 years old) and two modern homes, creating a stunning venue that accommodates over 300 photographs by masters of photography.  The historical house, with its three gardens, 30 rooms, and two wind towers—iconic features of Iranian desert architecture—provides a unique setting for this gallery. The House of Lucie Kashan opened in 2021 with the Lucie Foundsation Permanent Collection by the masters of photography and two exhibitions: one by Italian photographer Yvonne De Rosa, who photographed the construction workers during the house’s restoration, and another by Iranian photographer Mehrdad Oskui, showcasing master Iranian photographers.

Beyond exhibitions, the House of Lucie connects the local and global photography communities, emphasizing the medium’s power as a universal language.  By hosting innovative programs and collaborations, it has become a vibrant hub for artists and enthusiasts, reinforcing Los Angeles as a key cultural destination.
